All paid-plan AI runs on Azure OpenAI in the Netherlands — your data stays inside the EU. We are a Dutch company (KVK 87585413), not a US data broker.
Transparent AI
We name our AI provider (Microsoft Azure OpenAI) in the privacy policy, say exactly what is sent to it and what is not, and your content is never used to train any model.
Zero tracking
No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies, no behavioural profiling. Our cookie banner has a real Decline button — because there is nothing to decline.

Why I built this
I got filtered out by an ATS one too many times — rejected by software before a single human ever read my resume. And every "free" tool I tried either watermarked the PDF or quietly shipped my whole career history off to some mystery AI server.
So I built the buddy I wish I'd had. CopilotResume helps with the things that actually get you hired — beating the ATS, tailoring to each job, a clean PDF, real interview practice — and the resume builder, templates and cover-letter editor are genuinely free, with no trial timer counting down.
We're small on purpose. A focused product, run by a founder who still answers the support email, beats a venture-funded growth machine for anyone who just wants a sharp resume — and to start their next chapter — without the surveillance.
