How can your buddy help?

CopilotResume is an AI-powered platform designed to help you build professional, ATS-friendly resumes and cover letters in minutes.

Yes. Building is free: up to 99 resumes, every template, AI Coach, resume import, and ATS Check, Verdict and Darpan (one of each a month). Your first PDF download is free with a free account; after that, more downloads need a day pass, 30 days paid once, or Premium monthly — which also unlock cover letters and the public Live Resume link.

You can upload your existing resume as a PDF, DOCX (Word), or TXT file. Our AI will extract your information and automatically format it into your chosen template. Import is free on every plan.

You don't need one to start: click "Get Started For Free" and build straight away. When you want to keep your work, sign in with a link sent to your email, or with Google or LinkedIn. If you don't have an account yet, one is created automatically — sign-in and sign-up are a single step.

You can delete your account permanently from the Account Settings page. Please note that this action cannot be undone and all your data will be erased.

Your email is how you sign in, so it can't be changed in the app. Write to support@copilotresume.io from your current address and we'll help.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay in supported regions.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. You will retain access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period. One-time purchases are not subscriptions — they simply run for the day or the 30 days you bought and stop, with nothing to cancel.

Yes, all our templates are designed and tested to be easily readable by Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) used by most modern employers.

Yes. Downloading a PDF is the paid part: a day pass, 30 days paid once, or Premium monthly. Building, editing and checking your resume stay free.

Cover letters are a Premium feature — Premium subscribers can create up to 99 cover letters. Our AI generates a tailored cover letter based on your resume and a specific job description you provide.

Yes! All templates are accessible to all users regardless of plan. There are no template restrictions on the Free plan.

Yes, we take security seriously. Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and stored on Microsoft Azure in the EU (Netherlands). Our Privacy Policy lists which AI providers process text when you use an AI feature.

No, we never sell your personal data to third parties. Your information is used solely to provide and improve the CopilotResume service.
