Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union. CopilotResume is built in the Netherlands, and your account, resumes and reports are stored in the EU under European data-protection law. When you use an AI feature, the text is sent to our AI providers, some of which process it outside the EU — our Privacy Policy lists exactly which feature goes where.
Is my resume used to train AI models?
No. Your content never trains any AI model — full stop. We deliberately built a resume builder that doesn't train AI on what you write. The AI assists you in drafting and tailoring your resume, but your personal details, work history and writing are never fed back into model training.
Do you sell my data to recruiters or advertisers?
No. We never sell your data, and we don't send marketing spam. Your resume is yours: it exists so you can apply for jobs, not so it can be packaged up and sold to third parties.
Do you track me or use analytics?
