We are looking for a Senior Business Product Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding expertise to drive process improvements, configuration and implementation across the employee journey. The Senior Business Product Analyst (BPA) maximizes product value by translating business needs into effective digital solutions. The primary focus of this role is SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding. The Senior BPA is responsible for gathering and analysing requirements, translating them into user stories, configuring new functionalities, supporting testing activities and driving successful implementation and adoption. Acting as the functional expert, the BPA works closely with stakeholders to improve business processes and deliver measurable business value. The Senior BPA is part of the Product Development Team CareerJourney, consisting of 4 Business Product Analysts and 3 Software Engineers. The team supports and continuously improves processes across the employee journey. The BPA reports to the Business Product Analysis Leader and works closely with business stakeholders, Product Owners and Software Engineers.

• Business Process Improvement — analyse and document current business processes, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into product enhancements, design and optimize future-state processes with stakeholders, and support business process adoption and change.
• Requirements Management — gather, analyse and refine business requirements; facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions; translate requirements into user stories and functional solutions; support feature prioritisation based on business value; coordinate and support UAT and business process testing; ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• SAP SuccessFactors Configuration & Implementation — configure and implement new functionalities within Recruitment and Onboarding, act as the functional expert for the assigned modules, support testing/deployment/user adoption, and resolve functional issues and optimize system usage.
• Product Development Support — analyse product performance and business impact, identify opportunities to improve user experience and product value, support roadmap development and business case creation, and collaborate with Software Engineers on solution design and implementation.
• User Adoption & Support — drive adoption through stakeholder engagement, workshops and training; support product continuity in line with SLAs; participate in incident management and issue resolution; perform functional configurations and system adjustments.
• Data Management — ensure data is used in line with Data Principles & Policy, support data quality and business rule management where applicable, and promote Data Management Awareness.

• Senior Business Product Analyst experience.
• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong expertise in Recruitment and Onboarding modules.
• Hands-on configuration experience within SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with requirements gathering, user story creation, testing and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification.
• Dutch language skills.
