IT Change Consultant — Banking

As an IT Change Consultant you coordinate the end-to-end implementation of selected IT tooling, acting as the central connector between IT stakeholders and business departments. You gather and analyze requirements, align stakeholders across organizational layers, and govern all relevant project conditions, risks and dependencies. A trusted sparring partner for both business and IT, you drive change with structure, ownership and a results-oriented mindset, operating effectively both autonomously and within a team in a dynamic, stakeholder-heavy and time-pressured environment. Hybrid: 3 days per week onsite. Proficient Dutch is mandatory.

• Coordinate the IT project implementation of selected tooling from initiation through delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and IT requirements with relevant stakeholders.
• Align business departments and IT stakeholders on scope, priorities, and project conditions.
• Govern and structure all relevant project conditions, risks, and dependencies.
• Act as a sparring partner for business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proactively oversee and mitigate project risks; ensure adherence to the IT strategy and change process across all phases.
• Drive adoption and support stakeholders through the change process; report on progress and quality assurance.

• Proven experience with IT implementation projects in a coordination or consulting role.
• Strong stakeholder management, connecting both business and IT parties; strong communication and social skills.
• Analytical, structured and result-driven, with a hands-on attitude and the ability to juggle multiple priorities under time pressure.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, ITIL and DevOps ways of working; focus on quality assurance.
• Proficient in both Dutch and English (written and spoken) — Dutch mandatory. HBO/WO level of education.
• Nice to have: financial services / asset management experience; international organizations; affinity with compliance, risk or audit; tooling implementations in Finance, HR, Legal or Procurement.
