Platform Engineer — Agentic AI

As a Platform Engineer within the Area Analytics Platform, you will design, build, and maintain scalable platform capabilities that power advanced analytics and AI solutions across Rabobank. You'll be part of a diverse team of 280+ Data & Analytics professionals within the Tribe Global Data & Analytics Platform, supporting hundreds of engineers, data scientists, and analysts.

• Design, develop, and maintain robust platform infrastructure for AI and analytics use cases.
• Work with modern container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and optimize cloud-native solutions in AWS and Azure environments.
• Contribute to the development of Rabobank's Agentic Platform, leveraging emerging AI paradigms.
• Implement and enhance observability using frameworks like OpenTelemetry.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve platform usability and scalability.
• Work with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.

• 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerisation (Docker).
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure).
• Experience with agentic platforms or advanced AI frameworks is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with observability frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry).
• Experience working with open-source AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is highly desirable.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform.
• Experience with Python.
